2. Service Description

Spell With Stories is an online spelling learning platform designed for children with learning anxiety or difficulties. We provide interactive learning activities, memory tricks, games, and optional physical Story Kits to support spelling education.

3. Subscription Terms

3.1 Subscription Plan

• Price: £15 per month
• Family Plan: Supports up to 3 children per subscription
• Billing: Monthly recurring payment via Stripe
• Auto-renewal: Subscription automatically renews each month unless cancelled

3.2 Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• No refunds for partial months - you retain access until the billing period ends
• After cancellation, you can resubscribe at any time

3.3 Free Trial (if applicable)

If a free trial is offered, you will be charged the standard subscription fee at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends.

4. Physical Products (Story Kits)

4.1 Orders & Payment

• Story Kits are physical products sold separately from the subscription
• Prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of order
• Orders are confirmed by email once payment is successful

4.2 Shipping

• We ship to addresses in the UK and selected international locations
• Shipping times vary by location (typically 3-7 business days for UK)
• You will receive tracking information once your order ships
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers

4.3 Returns & Refunds

• Damaged or defective products: Full refund or replacement within 30 days
• Change of mind: Returns accepted within 14 days in original, unopened condition
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless item is defective
• Contact us to initiate a return - do not send items back without authorization

5. User Accounts

5.1 Parent Accounts

• You must be 18 or older to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• One parent account can manage up to 3 children
• You must provide accurate and current information

5.2 Children's Profiles

• Parents create and manage children's profiles
• Children should only use the platform under parent supervision
• Parents are responsible for their children's use of the platform

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Share your account credentials with others outside your household
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute our content without permission
• Use automated systems or bots to access the platform
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Spell With Stories, including text, graphics, images, audio, software, and educational materials, is owned by Spell With Stories / ESSTA Kids and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may use the platform for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.

8. Educational Content Disclaimer

While we strive to provide high-quality educational content, Spell With Stories is a supplementary learning tool and should not replace professional educational assessment or intervention. Results may vary by individual. We make no guarantees about specific learning outcomes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spell With Stories shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the platform at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes that affect your subscription.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in fraudulent activity. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to Terms
